This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. If you email us, we use your email only to reply to you, and we never sell or share it.

Hades (our YouTube channel tool)

Hades is a private tool that Bell Web Studio uses to manage its own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public. When the channel owner connects it with Google sign-in, Hades can access:

• the channel's basic details and list of videos
• video performance numbers (YouTube Analytics and Reporting)
• comments on the channel's videos, so they can be read, answered or moderated

How it is used: only to show the channel owner how videos are doing, suggest what to make next, draft replies to comments for the owner to review, and flag spam. Comment text may be sent to an AI model provider to help draft those replies and summaries. Nothing is posted publicly without the owner's approval.

Storage: the sign-in token and channel data are kept on a private server that only the owner can access. They are not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not used for advertising.

Removing access: access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted on request.

Hades's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It also follows the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
